I want you to know how pleased Meredith and I are with the quality of the
Amana furnace you sold and installed for us. We appreciate how you took
pains to explain everything to us. At no time did we feel pressured to
purchase, nor to purchase more than we could afford from you.
Brandon Ferguson, like yourself, is very skilled in explaining the operation of
your products. Your price for the equipment and the installation work was
very competitive, and saved us money as compared to the other bid we
received.
Your truthfulness in not overselling the benefits of the equipment, nor
overestimating the reduction in utilities expenses we might reasonably expect
to receive, also set you apart from your competition.
Your “value added” won our respect and appreciation also. I was surprised
to learn that the first year check up on the equipment would be without cost.
That was not an advantage that you had mentioned while securing our order.
Finally your desire to educate us enough to make a good buying decision was
deeply appreciated. We will use you for annual maintenance check ups on
our furnace in the rental property as well.

To Whom It May Concern:
In September 2006, I had the opportunity to work with Calibrating Air in the
replacement of my furnace and hot water heater. My old furnace was over
40 years old and I was looking for a replacement that would be efficient yet
powerful enough to heat the house. They matched me up with a high
efficiency Trane furnace that suits our needs perfectly.
Secondly, I was looking for a company that I could trust since I would not
be able to be home while the work was done. My wife and I were
completely comfortable to not be around while Bart and his son worked.
There were never any surprises or any costs that were not fully disclosed
and explained to me in advance. Bart took the time to understand what we
were looking for and even recommend a few things that he knew we would
need/want later on. It is obvious that Calibrating Air does not cut corners
and takes pride in their work. My wife and I often joke that we wish the
furnace was not tucked away in the basement so we could enjoy it more!

Dear Friend,
This letter is to recommend the Calibrating Air Company for maintenance or
replacement of home heating equipment.
My Experiences started by having Calibrating Air check my old furnace.
They cleaned and made adjustments to make sure its operation was safe and
at the best level it was capable of.
They explained that my old furnace would probably be adequate for a few
more years.
I decided that since the old furnace was 46 years old it should be replaced
with one that is more efficient. They worked with me to determine the best
replacement.
They just recently replaced my old furnace with a Goodman furnace.
The installation of the new furnace was timely and professional; I am very
satisfied with the quality of their workmanship.
My wife and I both are enjoying our new heating system.

I would like to say “Thank You” to Calibrating Air. You have gone above
and beyond the call of duty. I appreciate having a family business that
spends the extra time to do the job right the first time. Your service has been

It is disquieting to be told that there is carbon monoxide leaking from the
furnace. Having a 2 month old and carbon monoxide leak is not an appealing
circumstance. I want to thank you for rearranging your schedule so that my
2 young children did not have to be without heat during this cold winter. I
also appreciate how hard you worked to do a 2 day job in one day.

Thank you for the installation of my new furnace and air conditioning, as
well as the duct cleaning service you provided for me.
Your prompt and courteous service was greatly appreciated. You took the
time to answer all of my questions and were very thorough throughout the
entire process. Calibrating Air is the first company that I have ever had in my
home where you showed up in uniform and also provided me with your
portfolio and licenses.
When I initially called I was surprised that Brandon came that same evening
when I got home and gave me an estimate before he left. Another company
gave me a ridiculous window to be home and didn't even get back with me
with a quote until after you two installed my new furnace and air conditioning.
It is without coincidence that this season my allergies have been manageable.
The duct cleaning service has brought me tremendous relief. I had no idea
that my dryer vent was so clogged and I can honestly say that my clothes are
drying much faster than before. Thank you for taking the extra time and
fixing some of my air vents that were losing air or heat.
Your attention to the details, prompt service, and your professionalism is
what certainly sets Calibrating Air apart from the other guys. I will
recommend your company to anyone I know looking for your services.

I cannot recommend Calibrating Air highly enough. In the past with other
residences, I've dealt with slow, unpredictable service and messy work from
other companies and I was deeply satisfied with all aspects of Calibrating Air’
s methods and professionalism.
I’ve done business with them three times so far, and they always immediately
arrange a time to meet my schedule with little or no notice to them. They
show up on time and are thoroughly professional at all times. When Bart
discovered a cracked heat exchanger on my old furnace, he took the time to
show me the damage and explain its dangers then explain my options for new
equipment and the advantages of each component. He was at all times
friendly and patient, and did not try to sell me a furnace too large for my
needs. Quite the contrary: when he discovered my home was large enough
that the furnace he’d recommended and quoted a price for may be
insufficient on particularly cold days, he installed the next larger furnace at
the price of the former. His prices on the package deal he offered were
extremely competitive.
I was delightfully surprised at their painstaking and even artful ductwork and
component installation. Finally, unlike other companies I’ve done business
with, Calibrating Air left my home pristine, like the “after” photo from a
commercial for furnace installation.
You cannot go wrong with Calibrating Air.

While learning the unexpected news that we needed a new furnace was not
the most pleasant thing we heard with a 2 year old and another on the way,
Bart found a way to share the news and fully explain our options. He and
Brandon were very knowledgeable, friendly, and never once did they
pressure us to make a decision or try to sell us something we didn't need. We
got a few other quotes on a new furnace and not only was Bart's quote
reasonably priced, it was coming from a person and company that we felt
trustworthy and one we wanted to do business with. The installation process
was quick and painless for us and we are so thankful to have a furnace and

I didn't tell you this the day you told me we needed a new furnace but my
heart stopped and all I could think of was "how are we going to pay for
